Generally there tech mahindra recruitment process will have three major stages
I) Written Test (mostly online)
II) Technical Interview with two sub rounds in many cases
III) Final HR Round
Below we can discuss in depth on the recruitment processes.
I) Written Test
One can expect around 100 questions with duration around 1 hour. Logical reasoning and Quantitative aptitude will account of most of the questions with nearly 60% weightage given to these two sections. Remaining questions would be from English. This may include conventional sections like synonyms, antonyms, reading comprehension etc.
II) Technical Interview
Unlike most other companies, there can be two rounds of technical interview. First round would generally be an easier one with least or no elimination. You would be questioned on basic stuff. However the second round would be a difficult one with you being grilled on your areas of interest/strength, your stream of study etc. Significant elimination is expected in this round.
III) HR Interview
