Desired Candidate Profile
MBA-Human Resources/PG Diploma in Personnel Management with over 10 yrs of experience in core HR activities. Experience in the Construction/Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Job Description
Responsible for entire gamut of HR activities including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Statutory Compliances, Orientation Training, coordinating Training & Development activities etc. at project level.
Responsible for Resource Planning & Allocation, Skill Management, Training.
Responsible for looking after entire Personnel, Administration, Industrial relation, Welfare of the Project site.
Organize and implement the PMS at the project in co-ordination with the corporate office.
Supervision of joining, transfer & exit formalities of employees.
