Experience:

Strong expertise working in real-time embedded systems
Real Time Operating Systems (VxWorks, pSoS), Linux in an embedded environment is highly desirable
Operating System Internals (Device Drivers, Multi-threading, should be strong in OS internals/concepts)
Network Processors
Very good debugging skills and proven ability to debug system issues
Having worked and applied the above skills in a Networking product will be desirable
