During the end of 2010-2011 financial year, everyone (according to news sources) knew that Infosys is to hire around 40000 candidates during 2011-2012. the company is very well in track to meet the planned numbers. This is just an example of the company's consistency in hiring even during the worst economic conditions that prevailed/prevailing.

Why Infosys Is Consistent ?

The company doesn't plan numbers just by hindsight, but after a very careful and systemic approach to meet the growing need for new projects as well to balance the expected attrition. As a company that is known for its robust processes associated with hiring, the giant has lived up to its reputation. Even with these huge hiring figures, with so many coming in to the company every year, the company is consistently managing an utilization of about 80% if top news sources are to be believed.

What You Can Expect This Financial Year (2012-2013) ?

A recent buzzing news is that company could hire close to 45000 this year. This number is almost the same as that of last year recruits and by all optimism, youngsters can believe this numbers and could put best of their efforts to join the giant. All the Best.
