Every company has its own way of recruiting people. Some may post offers in newspapers, some may post in few websites or one website that they prefer etc. Obviously not every company can afford a nationwide announcement like that of TCS or Infosys. For example, if there is a mid sized company somewhere in the outskirts of Mumbai or Hyderabad, that company may choose to post job in any one of the portals they feel good. Hence, you should look out for quality portals and upload resumes with accurate details to each of them. Also, you should check your mails regularly for job updates. Also, you should always take care to keep the resumes in every job portal up to date.
